Google Analytics

From a feedback perspective, it's important that the website is configured to use analytics to know how much traffic the site is getting.

Where are the visitors (new or returning) based geographically; how do they reach the site (directly, via links or via search engines); what keywords are people using to find the site; which pages are of most interest; what impact are marketing / PR campaigns having on site traffic?
