Sumac have just announced their move to new facilities in Bethnal Green, London E2, within easy walking distance of Bethnal Green underground stations and well served by bus routes from central London.

The character offices are open-plan and engender a collaborative environment and networking opportunities with co-located businesses. The facilities comprise of the first floor of a converted Victorian warehouse / industrial unit. All services, such as desks, phones, computers, internet access, server infrastructure and reception are the responsibility of Sumac.

The current facilities will accommodate approximately 15-18 staff, which provides sufficient room for Sumac's growth within the medium term (2-3 years). The terms of the lease agreement allow for company branding within and outside the facilities. The office environment will be enhanced to provide an above average work space for staff and visitors. Sub-leasing of desk space is allowed, which could be used to support cash-flow within the next 1-2 years.
