FilmApp
Working closely with Southwark Film Office, Sumac devised an
online system to vastly improve the process of applying to film in
London for both film officers and applicants alike.
Film makers can register just once with all participating
boroughs and make their applications in a thorough and consistent
way, with fast-track routes where appropriate.
The admin system allows film officers to manage the locations
available and track multiple applications efficiently from anywhere
with internet access. Notifications are automatically sent to
relevant parties and pro-forma invoices generated.
The system offers thorough reporting functionality and is
currently being rolled out to ten London boroughs with others to
follow in the next phase.
